Whether you’re working in a remote office, or on the road, Maximizer Enterprise helps you keep up-to-date with real-time access to customer information through the web-based Employee Portal. Data is kept internal, so you control your customer information.
- Secure On Demand Access: Log-in from anywhere
to access the CRM database using a Microsoft® Internet Explorer
web browser. The secure portal is based on the Microsoft .NET
framework for user authentication, secure database access and
session management – and valuable customer data is stored internally
on your servers, under your control.
- Work Online: Check and update appointments
and tasks, search and update customer records, send emails, view
outstanding customer support cases, and resolve incidents online.
- Collaborate: Work on deals as a team by using
strategy-based opportunity management, through the desktop software
or the web. Use the Activities Tab to review tasks and appointments
for an associated customer, lead, sales opportunity or customer
service case.
- Executive Dashboard & Reports: Visualize
key performance indicators such as sales in progress and daily
customer service cases whether you’re at home or on the road,
to ensure you’re never out of the loop. Access more reports, including
quarterly sales forecasts, through the web Reporter.
- Personalize: Add your logo and more links to
make your Employee Portal truly your own employee intranet.
